Information we receive
When you contact us, we may receive your name, phone number, email, city, business details and enquiry. For an agreed service, we may request the identification, business and supporting documents needed for that application or testing/certification requirement. Please send documents only through the channel our team confirms.
How we use information
We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, provide agreed services, coordinate applications or testing, communicate updates, maintain transaction records and meet applicable obligations. We request only information relevant to the purpose.
Who may receive information
For the service you authorise, relevant information may be shared with government portals or authorities, laboratories, certification providers and service providers supporting communication, hosting or payments. We do not sell personal information. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices.
WhatsApp, external links and cookies
The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message; you review and send it in WhatsApp. The site also links to Google Maps and other external services. These providers may process information under their policies. Cookies and similar technologies may support site functions and remember preferences; use the cookie controls displayed on the website to manage available choices.
Online payments — when enabled
Online payment processing is planned. When available, payment information will be processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. We may receive transaction references, status, amount and limited payer details needed to reconcile payments. Do not send card numbers, CVV, passwords or payment OTPs to our team. The provider’s privacy notice will apply to its processing.
Retention and protection
We retain records for the service purpose, follow-up, accounting and applicable retention obligations. We restrict access to those who need information for the work and use reasonable safeguards. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy enquiries

Deletion or withdrawal may be limited by lawful retention requirements and may affect an ongoing service; we will explain any limitation.
