FoSTaC Training
Help selecting an appropriate food safety training course, participant registration, batch scheduling and coordination with the training partner.
Training, assessment and certification follow the relevant FoSTaC programme requirements. Course, mode, location and batch availability are confirmed before booking.
Internal Food Safety Audit
A practical review of your premises, hygiene practices, food handling and records to identify gaps and prepare corrective actions.
We can assist with documentation readiness and follow-up on agreed improvements. Internal reviews do not replace a statutory inspection or recognised third-party audit.
External FSSAI Audit
Coordination with a suitable FSSAI-recognised auditing agency for applicable third-party food safety audits.
Support with scope confirmation, scheduling, document preparation and corrective-action follow-up. Findings and reports are issued independently by the auditing agency.

Training is coordinated through FSSAI-empanelled training partners/vendors. We confirm the selected partner, appropriate course and batch details before booking.
What information is needed for participant registration?
Share the participant names, contact details, business category and existing training details, if any. We provide the selected training partner’s current document and eligibility requirements before enrolment.
Can you arrange training for a group?
Yes. Share your participant count, city and preferred schedule. We check suitable batch or group-training options with the partner and confirm availability, venue or mode and charges.
What does an internal audit cover?
The agreed scope may include hygiene, handling and storage practices, premises conditions, records and documentation. We identify gaps and discuss corrective actions relevant to your operations.
How is an external audit different?
A recognised third-party audit is carried out independently by the appropriate FSSAI-recognised auditing agency. Our role is coordination and preparation support; the agency determines findings and issues its report.
What is included in the quotation?
We specify the course or audit scope, location, participants or premises covered, provider charges, our service charges, applicable taxes and any travel or follow-up fees. Additional work requires an agreed scope.
