Our role
E Licensing Services is a private consultancy providing licensing and registration assistance, laboratory testing coordination and ISO certification assistance. We are not a government authority or certification body. Government approvals, laboratory results and certificates are determined by the relevant authority, laboratory or certification provider.
Service scope and quotations
Services begin after the requirement, scope, documents, charges and payment arrangements are confirmed in writing. Prices are currently provided by quotation. The quotation identifies professional fees, government or third-party fees, taxes and included work. Additional applications, changes, repeat testing, audits or other work require an agreed revised scope.
Client responsibilities and authorisation
Provide accurate, complete information and documents that you are entitled to submit. Review application details before approval and promptly respond to queries. Necessary consents and authorisations are obtained for submissions or sharing documents. Do not disclose passwords or OTPs by ordinary enquiry messages.
Timelines and service delivery
Work proceeds according to the agreed scope after required documents, authorisation and payments are received. Estimates depend on authority or provider processing, queries, inspections, sample acceptance and client responses. We do not guarantee approval or a fixed completion date unless expressly agreed for work within our control. Documents and updates are generally delivered electronically; any physical delivery or collection is agreed separately.
Food and water testing
The quotation confirms sample details, parameters, laboratory scope and applicable accreditation/approval, collection or transport arrangements and estimated report timing. Follow confirmed sampling and handling instructions. The laboratory is responsible for its testing and report; rejected samples, additional parameters or repeat tests may require a fresh quotation.
ISO certification
The quotation identifies the standard/edition, scope, provider, accreditation status, documentation support, audit arrangements and included fees. Certification is subject to the certification body’s requirements. Surveillance, renewal and scope changes are included only when stated.
Payments and planned payment gateway
Online checkout is planned and is not represented as active solely by these terms. When enabled, use only payment links or checkout details confirmed by our team and verify the merchant and amount before paying. Payments are in INR unless stated otherwise. Pay only against the agreed quotation or invoice; gateway payment does not itself constitute regulatory approval or completed service. The payment provider’s terms apply to processing. We will not ask for card CVV, banking passwords or payment OTPs.
Failed, pending and duplicate payments
If a payment is debited but shows pending or failed, contact us with the transaction reference and date before paying again. We reconcile the payment with the provider. Verified duplicate payments are refunded under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Bank/provider reversal timing is outside our direct control.
Cancellation and refunds
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. Eligible unused amounts are refunded after documented completed work and non-recoverable third-party charges are deducted. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Website content and third-party links
Website content provides general service information. Application requirements can change and must be confirmed for the specific case. External websites are governed by their own terms. Do not misuse the website or submit misleading or unlawful material.
Questions, disputes and updates
Contact info@license.org.in or 9637185858 with the quotation/invoice and relevant details so we can review any concern. Indian law applies, subject to applicable consumer rights and statutory remedies. Changes are published on this page; agreed service scope and applicable rights are not retrospectively removed.
