Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear treatment of cancellations, unused fees and payment errors.
Last updated: 5 October 2026
How to request cancellation
Email info@license.org.in or contact 9637185858 with your name, service, quotation/invoice reference and payment reference. Tell us promptly so we can stop work that has not yet been performed or committed.
Refund of the unused portion
When a service is cancelled, we refund the unused portion of the amount received after deducting the documented value of work already completed and government, laboratory, certification, collection or other third-party charges that have been incurred and cannot be recovered. We explain the calculation and deductions.
Before and after third-party submission
Where work has not started and no third-party costs have been incurred, the unused service amount is eligible for refund. Once an application, laboratory booking or certification process has been submitted or committed, third-party refund rules apply to those charges. Completed work is not treated as unused merely because an authority rejects an application or a test result is unfavourable. This does not exclude remedies for a deficiency in our service.
Duplicate payments and payment failures
Verified duplicate or excess payments are refundable. For debited but failed or pending transactions, we check provider records before arranging a refund or confirming a provider reversal. Do not pay again until the first transaction status is clarified.
Refund process and timelines
We aim to review requests within 7 working days after receiving the necessary details. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days of approval, normally to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider credit timing varies and will be communicated using the provider’s applicable timeline. If that period passes, contact us with the refund reference for follow-up.
Service delivery and returns
These are consultancy and coordination services; physical product returns generally do not apply. Sample collection, courier arrangements and rejected or unsuitable samples are handled according to the written testing scope and laboratory requirements. A new sample or additional testing may require additional charges agreed in advance.
